  63)  Friends of the Tavern launched - June 28, 2001                 Sixteen volunteers stuff envelopes for the town wide mailing for the Friends of the Squires Tavern (see photo below).  Over thirteen hundred envelopes are readied in just 90 minutes.  The mailing asks for monetary contributions and volunteer labor to support the Squires Tavern project and includes an invitation to the Open House event on July 15.
