  239)   Squires Tavern work party - December 18, 2002                  Volunteers work on preparing surfaces for painting in the back office room.  Some of the window sash is painted.  Throughout the week Walt Landgraf, Dave Ravasio and Charlie Lynes continue to do a lot of "behind the scenes" work such as contacting contractors, inspectors, etc. Dave, Charlie and Walt painting and scraping in the back office room. • 235) Squires Tavern work party

  235)   Squires Tavern work party - December 4, 2002                  Volunteers plug several holes in the foundation with insulation.  Other work included attaching window jam trim and some cleanup in the "office room".  This room is located in the back of the building and is a current priority to prepare for the Historical Society administration area and office space for the Farmington River Coordinating Committee.  Pat Giglotti of the Farmington Valley Health District visited the Tavern and reviewed the kitchenette plans.  A special committee of volunteers has put in a lot of time designing the kitchenette so that it will be efficient yet unobtrusive.
